Can you have too thin of Over Powder Wad?I'm thinking of trying Over Shot Wad over powder,maybe thin Felt Wad over that.This is in my 12ga. so far I had couple good loads worked up for both Guns.But always thinking maybe better. :hmm:

You can try it, I have used three over-shot cards over the powder then topped with a 1/8 fiber wad (1/2 in wad split into 4 sections)...

It worked OK...

There is no "set in stone" way to load a smoothbore shotgun, try it out and let us know your results...
