For sale is a very good condition Antonio Zoli English sporting rifle (style )
Caliber is .50
Zoli make some of the better shotguns, bringing their quality over to this fine rifle.
The stock is fine checkered walnut, checkering on the wrist and forearm, following the style of better English sporting rifles of the 19th. century.
The barrel is 1" x 27" octagon.
The butt plate, nose cap, and patch box are color case hardened
There are no chips, dents, scratches, cracks or damage of any kind to the wood.
There is no rust or damage of any kind to the metal work.
The lock is a L&R percussion.
Price is $500
Reason for selling, I'm getting up in years and am thinning the herd.
I have had this fine rifle for thirty years, and has been a safe queen all these years.

This Zoli has a comfortable shotgun style butt plate that is color case hardened steel, as old English guns were equipped.
Zoli did a great job of recreating a beautiful sporting rifle.

What is the twist rate and how many times have you shot it?

The Zoli rifle has a round ball and bullet twist of 1:48 one turn in 48 inches.
I have shot this rifle less than ten times in thirty years.
It is a very fine rifle, but I also have twenty others, and this has been one of my treasured rifles
