Any shops in Wyoming?

Worth visiting? My wife and I will be in the Sheridan area for a week coming up soon. I'd like to check out a few ML shops. We will probably hit the Cody museum. Probably travel to Yellowstone area as well. If ya know of any please advise

Not a shop, but try the museum of the mountain man in Pinedale. You'll be in the area where the rendezvous happened, and the upper Green River where a lot of the mountain man action happened! Museum of the Mountain Man

The Winchester Firearms Museum wing of the Buffalo Bill Museum in Cody has several muzzleloaders, including Hawkens if you are interested. The BB Museum also has a Native American wing, Western Art wing, Natural History wing along with Buffalo Bill wing. The north entrance at Gardner MT is the only entrance open this time of year. You can drive through the Lamar Valley to Cooke City MT and back. Beautiful drive and you may see bison and elk this time of year. The Museum of the Mountain Man is small but very nice. If you are interested in that time period, check out the collection of journals they produce and sell over the counter or with a membership. If you are coming from the east, the Museum of the Fur Trad in Chadron NB is also interesting. They have a fantastic collection of Trae Guns.

There is a little pawn shop on main Street there in Sheridan that has a wonderful selection of military surplus , tools, ammunition, CB radios, and firearms.
If you're headed south from the truck stop up at the junction through town it will be on the west side of main Street or on your right.

Have picked up quite a load of treasures there over the years.

Everything from occasional cans of percussion caps to primers cans of powder cap and ball revolvers muzzleloading rifles all kinds of treasures.

If you make it to glendive check out'
guns and things. An Triple t meats.

Rawlins does have a gun shop also on main Street it's near the bar called The rifleman just down from the salvation army second hand store and I think right next to the h&r block office.

Made it to BB museum. Honestly, was overwhelming. So many things to see.
