They’re the 1081 red label rws musket caps. The yellow label ones don’t hold up the same in mine and others experience. I believe the red label are like a magnum equivalent

I bought a sleeve of 1000 from one of the vendors at the Saunders Memorial shoot about 5-10 years ago, cost $78 and I figured it should last me for a very long time. I think it was from Mike at Flintlocks LLC they have a website but you have to call them.

If memory serves, I bought these in about 1979. The labels are gone so I can't identify the maker. Not sure how many there are. I used a few on a pistol that had a musket nipple.

P.S. off topic, but I used to travel to your neck of the woods often, and always loved to hit it during the fruit harvest. Oh, man, tree-ripened Ellensburg apples and Naches and Yakima cherries and apricots, de-lish. I usually made myself sick from eating so much fruit LOL.
