ive gone back and forth on this ive got a lyman 57 gpr sight on my lyman great plains hunter .54 seems with the spacer my sight is to high compared to my front sight when i take the base off my eye naturally lines up better i hunt shoot to a maximum of 50 yards i shoot for fun past that but since im more of a hunter all shots are 50 yards or less. what am i missing about the thought? i do have a lyman 17 A globe sight and several lyman white front bead sights on. i have the lyman white bead on it now, i can put the origional front sight the globe front or the white bead. any advice for or against is appreciated
