Looking closely at your pic it looks like you're "folding over and gluing" to make the base instead of cutting and gluing a "circle". Aren't you having ignition failures with that process? (that was my experience, anyway) Or if not, how are you avoiding that? Thanks!!
 
I've acquired a mess of those quick loaders over the years. Best ones for me have a holder for a percussion cap. Really handy for hunting. Revolvers? No. Single-shot pistols? Well...mine are basically .40, so the loaders are ok for powder charges, but balls, caps, and patching material has to be separate.

If loader and pistol calibers are the same, they work just as well with pistols as with long guns. They last a really long time.
