Selling a shooting bag by Marc Hamel and a Tansel style horn, tool set, and powder measure by Ron Hess. The woven linen horn strap is by Louise Hess. I won this in the NMLRA Gunmakers hall raffle, and it has never been used. Selling to finance a rifle. Shipped to any US zip code with insurance for $300.00.

The bag is 9" high X 8" wide with an inside pocket and a 46" strap. The horn is 11" long along the centerline and the base plug is 2 1/2", the strap is 44" long.

Please forgive my ignorance, but I see CLA mentioned here from time to time. What does it stand for?
