Time for a revolution. Too bad most of the world has bowed down and adopted a socialist government. Sleep in the bed you've made.

It is sad for Austrailia that the same type of people in charge of hunting and gun ownership in reguards to wildlife mgt. are of the same cut of cloth as those who openly accepted the cane Toad as a salvation for the sugar cane industry in the past. My heart truly goes out for you sportsmen down under, I hope common sense and reality will prevail and soon. My best to all of you folks down there.

I agree that it sucks. I also think alot of things have gone into motion over a large period of time, that nobody down there should be suprised at the outcome in situations like this. It is no different than what is happening in our country. Unlike other countries, when we don't like our government, we get rid of it! I suggest you do the same down there! It sounds terrible down there!

If rate of fire is so all fired important for hunting, why can't you buy an AR15?

You can't argue with "logic" that makes a muzzleloader inhumane because of a slow rate of fire and outlaws semi-auto rifles and shotguns.

Is there a more worthless critter on the face of the earth than an ignorant bombous bueacratic governmental kiss-butt who if he had to live 200 yrs ago would be the first one to starve to death, freeze to death, to be eaten by something, be scalped or just wander off never to be seen again? This government offical has to be of british descent and should check the history books and see how well blackpowder firearms did against some of his ancstors in the American Revolutionary war and the War of 1812. Blackpowder open the west long before any high powder rifles came along. Shucks, he ought to go to the British Museum in London--there he will see a display of old 4-Bore blackpowder rifles which was used to kill elephants. But like Ron White the comedian says, "can't fix stupid."
