Thinking about replacing the 50 cal 15/16" Barrel with a .45 cal. Does anyone know if a TC 45 cal barrel will drop in. what models use the 15/16" barrel in 45.?

The T/C Hawkens have a 15/16" barrel for both the 45 and 50 caliber and both can interchange. There are replacement barrels in the 15/16" across the the flats on a limited availability basis that also drop in with maybe a bit of fitting. Track of the Wolf has some in their catalog. I'm not sure of availability.
The T/C Renegade rifles have 1" across the flats.
The T/C Cherokee and Seneca use 13/16" across the flats.

Bobby Hoyt also does barrel liners. He may be able to reline a barrel for close to the cost or less than a new barrel.
He did a .400/.408 for me with a 1 in 16 twist and it’s a hell of a shooter with 330 grain paper patched bullets. I am hoping to have a custom barrel made with the same spec’s but longer, say 32l and 1” across the flats for use in a Renegade stock.
