To anybody interested I just finished browning my GPR to remove factory blue I used birchwood casey blue and rust remover the stuff was incredible how easy it worked I also used their plum brown browning liquid the finish came out slightly mottled which makes the gun look old but cared for I was pleased with the results I wouldn't advise it for an extra fine rifle the old sweatbox and time will give showroom appearance but it gave me the look I wanted
