J J.D. 69 Cal. Joined Nov 10, 2005 Messages 3,260 Reaction score 64 Jul 12, 2006 #22 I haven' tried it, but I have heard that oil rendered from 'coon is supposed to be nearly as good as bear oil. Bear and 'coon are close "cousins", species wise, so 'coon oil might work out well. J.D.
