I don't mind paying a little higher cost, if I can find an online source that has the widest varety of BP supplies.

Mosty I'm looking for various ball diameters / patch thicknesses, but also various powders / percussion caps, etc everything BP.

What's the best online sources?

Thx.

There simply isn't a single Best,
There's Track of the Wolf, many times seen on the forum as TOW,
There's Dixie Gun Works and at least a half dozen more that are worthy of mention. ALL having a full list of items at very comparable prices.
Here's a list of links compiled avaiable on the forum. http://www.muzzleloadingforum.com/fusionbb/showtopic.php?tid/222426/

That said, I've had alot of luck with Track. They're local for me with limited walk in hours but have are primarily a catalog shop.
The catalog they have has actual size photo's of items that makes it pricless when looking for specific items.
Track get's a A++ for customer service, shipping times and prompt response to any issues. http://www.trackofthewolf.com/Index.aspx

Hard to beat Track of the Wolf and The Gun Works for variety. There are others, too, that folks will name. Those two just happen to be the ones I've dealt with most.

No one supplier is "best" at everything.

For powder, best availability & price would be to buy in case lots from one of the powder distributers such as Powder Inc. If one is close enough to pick up in person, you save the hazmat fee (which is the same for one can or one case so buying by the case will keep your costs lower if you have to have it shipped).

For roundballs, Eddie Mays has great selection & prices. I always try out some of his before buying a mold in a new (to me) size.

For flints, Rich Pearce or Tom Fuller.

For accessories - jags, pullers, brushes, etc, etc Track of the Wolf.

For patch material, your local fabric shop.

Dixie, TOW, and Log Cabin all three are about as complete of a source for supplies as you will find. My self while I buy from all three at times, Far and away most of the time I make what I need especilly if it is something I use a lot of. About the only thing I buy on a regular basis is powder, caps , and flints. Simply because the powder I made was not good, and I am knapping impared. :idunno: :idunno:

I have wound up sourcing from several online stores depending on what I'm after. I would add October Country and Muzzleloader Builder Supply to the list, but TOTW and Log Cabin are my first stops when looking for BP stuff.

I've used Cain Outdoors on several occasions, and I like Graf and Sons for my powder buying.

Good luck shopping.

Good responses so far. But, please don't ignore the smaller vendors. Many have high quality and/or specialty items that are good to have. Do check the ads in Muzzle Blasts.
The Possible Shop that advertises here is a very good place to do business with.

For cast ball, look up Eddie May. Variety, quality, price and courtesy cannot be beat.

Track of the Wolf has always been the best to me. They are really fast and will always help me to figure out what I need.
:hatsoff:

I have had very good luck with R.E.Davis, Powder inc. and Midsouth. Really bad luck with TOW and I can not recommend them and I will never use them again. Also Muzzleloading and more in Oregon. FRJ
