Go ahead punk, make my day......

Weight: 21.8 pounds
Bore: .90 caliber

It shouldn't be too hard to tell if it is loaded or not.
And how could you tell if you got too much powder it it?
It might be tricky for "Quick Draw" with that open trigger.
Old Ford

At .90 caliber, it's something between a 6 and a 7 gauge. Looks at lot like a small swivel cannon that has been demounted and had a lock added. Or.....a gun modeled on one of the short "breast" blunderbusses of the days of the Tripoli pirates.
Is it an antique? Is it rifled?

Isn't that the Palmetto Boler muzzleloading blank pistol, strictly a pistol for making noise at events. I always have problems finding their web site. I have several Palmetto Arms guns. Their products are hard to find.

It's a .90 caliber BLANK firing gun weighing nearly 22 pounds. I expect recoil is minimal. :v

Over here we call these arms 'handbollen'. They are used to open festivities, such as the Schuetzenfest, in Germany, Austria and Switzerland by the firing of a HUGE salute charge with a load of paper streamers and so on - they are great fun that we in the UK are not allowed to own unless it is licenced like any other handgun, since there is absolutetely no practical use for such a piece apart from the fun factor of making a huge commotion at the start of a fun day. In any case, in this country, something that owes its very existence to the reason that it is fun to shoot is NOT a valid reason to own one.

tac, feeling grumpy
And yes, I have one.
