The subject of grinding black powder to a finer granulation comes up often on this forum. Well, in the 1970's, for a while there was a serious shortage of black powder. Interest in grinding down coarse grades into something more suitable was high. An

It will grind and give you bp dust. Made of wood it grinds safely. It you do not want to use it you can put in your wife's curio cabinet and look at it as a..........uh......curiosity.
