Can't buy it anywhere in South Carolina at all, to my knowledge. (Yeah, the state that once stood firm against the overwhelming federalist powers, now give in quicker than a girlfriend on Prom Night.) The powers that be will eliminate powder sales eventually, not because it's a threat, but because they can. Gotta keep the serfs totally under thumb, y'know.

But then I tend to be Jeffersonian, so what do I know?
