Hello fellow members. I am a member of only one other "gun" forum to which I really really enjoy being a part of however I acquired a beautiful .45 cal T.C. Hawken
about a year ago and found that I, like prolly most members here, got infected with the "blackpowder / Muzzle loading" virus. I have not shot it yet but it hangs to the
left of the fireplace mantle ready to go bang as soon as the weather warms up. I have the bug so bad that I am currently as we speak looking to add at least one, but most likely two more muzzle loaders. I am pretty green but have been doing a LOT of reading blogs and youtube vids to speed up the process and become more proficient. I just attended my first blackpowder event this past sunday at a local gun club and loves the experience, plus I learned a bit which was my intention. I joined this site as I wished to be a member of blog that was more specific and specializes in muzzleloading and blackpowder. Looking forwarding to meeting and conversing with lots of members. Kind Regards, BlackpowderRaptor.

Greetings! I also just joined, but have followed this site for a long time and learned much from it. A .45 TC Hawken was my first black powder muzzleloader, bought new in the 1970s! Great rifle and you will enjoy it.
