Bore light to fit a .40cal ?

I have a Stylus Streamlight the wife picked up for me at a local gun shop for 14 bucks. It takes three AAAA batteries, I bought spares and the little boogers are expensive. Sure is a great little light though, not only for bores but often use it for a task light in the shop etc.

It is so bright, it temporarily blinds one to look directly at it.

These days, LED's are really getting popular for cars. Look around and you can find a really small LED that you can wire up to 12 volts and drop it down the barrel with the wires trailing out, so that you can pull it back. I have seen some really small ones; as a matter of fact, I put two really small ones on the dash of my '69 Camaro for turn signal indicators.
