I had trouble with their English style lock and after using it for a couple years sent it back. Turns out there was a change in the frizzen spring. The upper arm with the roller was made slightly longer. They replaced it no charge and it works 100% now.

Surely this problem, like most others, is fixable. Don't give up; you will eventually figure out a workable solution.

Took most all the buzz out by heating and bending the tail of the frizzen stop and for good measure at the moment put a small piece of heat shrink tube over the stop to act as a buffer.

Now to go shoot it to see if there’s any difference at all. Don’t really expect much but it’s worth a try.
