Indeed, this is a discussion forum of a bunch of people who are hooked.addicted.fascinated.absorbed.devoted to traditional black powder shooting. That does not make any of us qualified "legal advisors" at all. We like black powder and the guns and cannons and accoutrements. So, when someone asks a question that has a "legal aspect" to it, replies here are like what you'd hear if you ask the same question at your local tavern or re-enactment...
