Friends, our 2nd Amendment rights are always under attack and the NRA has been a constant for decades in helping fight that fight.

I was thinking of trying some buck and ball loads in my 20 gauge fusil. What size buck will stack 3 to a layer on top of the ball if that is the right way to load it?
For the 20 ga, the magic number is #2 buckshot. You get there by multiplying the bore diameter by 0.45... in the case of the 20 ga that is 0.615" x 0.45 giving 0.276"... the closest fit is #2 buckshot at 0.27", but #3 (0.25") and #4 (0.24) will work okay.

From loads I have seen, and from what I have read about it, it appears to work better with the buck on top. The time I saw it, there was less than 24" spread in the buck, with the ball almost directly in the center. This was at 25 yards.
