Moving several old file knives I recently made. I think this would make a good all around utility, patch or camp knife. It is 7” long overall with 3” blade that is 1/8” thick made from a USA mfg old file. The handle is made from Elk antler from the pet store and has a poured pewter bolster from a local Goodwill store bowl. The tang is 2-1/2” long and expoxied and pinned into the handle with bicycle spokes. The handle is approx 5/8” in diameter, was tea stained, has a nice curve that fits the hand well and is light weight. Nice smallish, strong knife that would make a great conversation piece or all around camp knife for your collection/use. Thanks for looking.
