Can i use 3F in making my own caps or do i use whats in 22lr kit?

Use whats in the kit. The 3F itself will not fire on impact from the hammer.

Laney, as @Sparkplug said, you'll need to use the Prime All kit and mix (carefully) as directed.
TO make the primer, if you knew about the kit, you would know to comment on it.
I've been making my own #10 and #11 caps for about 2 years now.

Mixing one batch, per the instructions, will make 20-30 caps depending on how much you put in each one. I typically fill each cap with loose compound, then tamp down to give about 30% fill. This usually yields about 25 caps that consistently fire.
