Thanks everyone.

Making this one was simple. Put it in a padded vise and drilled the center with a 5/15 bit and used a Dremel High Speed Cutter to bore it out.

Used a triangular shaped file, a small one to do all of the carving. No big deal if you use a pencil to draw the lines you intend to file before you start cutting.

Sanded it with 150, then 220 grit sandpaper and polished it with Crest Whitening Tooth Paste and my wife's tooth brush. :grin:

Sorry I didn't include this in the original post. I'm getting the hang of this thing around here a bit slowly. :wink:
