I asked if I was still going to be "flagged" as a no HazMat customer

My concern would be what the heck "flagged" means... is this just some designation within their system, or is this something that gets reported outside their company.... such as to the ATF? I don't know, but if it were me, I would want to know. Seems like from what you reported there would be no basis to "flag" you for anything. Upon hearing the "flag", I would have demanded to speak to someone up the food chain from the guy you were dealing with. You don't want to find out what "flagged" means 6 months from now when you are trying to get powder from some other supplier and they can't ship it to you because you are "flagged".

That would be a good point to consider in the now not the later.

Interesting point, but I think it's a little over the top. You are suggesting that this company that violated hazmat shipping regulations report the name of a customer who insisted on following those regulations to an authority that enforces the regulations. I'd be inclined to believe that's the last thing they'd do.

And I doubt very much if they (the company) actually maintains a list of "No Hazmat" customers. Why would anyone involved in retail sales do such a thing? This is just a guy who got caught screwing up and he's trying to fix it without involving anyone else at the company.

Oldwolf: Bottom line, add this company to your "No Orders" list and move on. Enjoy the free caps.

Or, if you're feeling really guilty, ship them to me in a plain brown wrapper and I'll feel guilty for you...

Once I started using the Magnums I too never looked back.

I use them exclusively and find they perform better than the regular #11 caps.

Same here, I never have hang fires with mag caps
