civil war union cartridge box specs

Hi all, would there be anyone out there who could supply me the specifications for a union cartridge box. We cannot buy anything like it in Australia, but if I had the specs possibly I could get one made. To purchase a decent one in the states, with the dollar difference and shipping would cost me an arm and a leg.
