Cleaning patch stuck at breach end.

I’ve had good luck removing a patch with an undersized bore brush. I put it on the cleaning rod and just turn it clockwise to snag the patch. If it is a large patch I’d use something like a 22 brush so it doesn’t get stuck too.

I'll be the broken record, and once again say start using tow to clean your bores.
