My apologies. Now I understand that your recommendation to use brake cleaner, kerosene, gasoline and denature alcohol is much better for removing packing grease in the BP ML world because Ed's Red is for center fire stuff.....

I'm another fan of Ed's Red. I mix mine two gallons at a time and store it in brown glass 1 gallon containers.

No need to apologize SDS, Ed's Red has it's place fer sure,,
And it's easy for the original jist of a thread to get lost as it get's longer.
