Crockett rifle leakage around nipple

A brass flash cup from TOTW. I use them on all of my TCs and GM barrels and there's no leak
and it keeps the area clean. Brass is soft and will form when tightened.

I understand. I might be better off if my Crockett rifle had a drum, like some CVA's.

I wish it did. It would be easy to convert to Flint!
