With the possible exception of the old original CVA "Mountain Rifle", most of the CVA guns are low cost and fairly well made.
An example of this is my CVA 12 guage double barrel shotgun.
If this shotgun was made in Italy it might be worth something in the $600- $850 range.
Being a Spanish CVA it is probably worth $350-$400.
I don't have any experience with the CVA double rifles but if the price is right, it might be an interesting gun to own.
If you plan on doing any hunting with it, check your States Game & Fish regulations.
Most States do not allow double barrel rifles to be used during "muzzleloading only" hunting seasons.
