A long time back I recollect hearing something on a forum about a transition period when CVA switched to Spain and as they transitioned over a few rifles with American barrels went out not marked. Maybe one of our CVA historians can chime in.

I’d love to know! There’s no proof marks or anything on mine

Honestly I've found the Spanish barrels to shoot every bit as good as the USA barrels.
