That tough coffee filter paper is only 0.001" thick, too thin to get the diameter needed for the .40 Sheba rifle.

What is the purpose of the string wound around 🤔 ??

Never thought of coffee filters for paper patch. They are tough.

Yo longcruise.
Doing the string wrap in the same direction as the twist on the tail to cinch it up tight for a close cut off after drying.

Reckon I'll go for 25% cotton paper, it being a little thicker.

@nkbj

Somewhere around here i have some thin paper that I bought to do paper patching and just never got around to it and have lost interest. I'll see if it is still here.
