Look'n at the pictures of the kit,.... it sure "shouts" CVA Mountain Rifle, except for the rounded "tail" of the lock-plate. :imo:

It is an exact copy. Deer Creek bought all of CVA's obsoleted parts stock (including the no longer produced - by CVA that is - Mountain Rifle). Should you need a CVA part, chances are Deer Creek will have it. Just ordered a trigger guard for a late '70's produced Mountain Rifle. BTW, the company is in Waldron, Indiana; not Washington state
 
Do they have a web-site?? (I ain't found one, and the main spring on my old CVA Maslin flintlock is git'n weak)
