Hey Colorado;
That was neat -- worth watching. Wish he could have captured more on film.

As for the paper cartridge...

One puts a dipper down into powder and lifts it up and out, you DON'T run it through the powder, compressing it, repeatedly, as they do in the video. A powder dip is for "dipping," NOT "scooping" which puts pressure on the powder and compacts it into a higher, inconsistant, heavier charge than you otherwise think it is.
