Reply to all, I purchased 2F and 3F DB to replace the Goex and Graf's (Wano) 2F and 3F I'd been using and have since used up. After using several pounds of it in 2 rifles and 1 trade gun, I must say I'm very impressed with it. Firstly, it may be produced in the same plant as Elephant was, but it is most assuredly NOT Elephant BP (tried Pachyderm long ago, but didn't like it). Second, the 2F granules are glazed and quite uniform, with little dust ("fines") in evidence. Third, neither accuracy nor point of impact has changed in any of the guns I've used. Fourth, bore fouling and crud rings haven't accumulated more with DB than with the other powders and clean up is neither better nor worse than with Goex or Graf's. With a good grease lube, e.g., Stumpy's Moose Snot, I can fire quite a few rounds before I have to run a damp patch down bore. In the trade gun, with a wet lube, e.g., Friendship Speed Juice or Winchester Sutler's "Moose Milk," I don't have to do that at all even with 70gr. - 85gr. 2F charges + a patched RB. In short, DB is not your grandfather's Elephant and is certainly worth trying.
