I have acquired a flint pistol from BSR. It's a Dixie Gun Works which lm thinking is miroku? The lock isn't marked inside but seems of good quality. And it sparks well too. Anybody recognize the lock?

I have a Miroku flint pistol but the lock is different from yours. Does the flash hole angle forward and have no liner ?
Mine is an excellent sparker and produces reliable ignition. I picked it up with no front sight and cracked stock for 20.00.
I still need to make a wood loading rod for it as I load it from a stand and use a steel range rod with a muzzle protector when at the range.
