Thanks, but I think they'd get upset if I came in the early summer and picked all their flowers... :grin: plus the closest place is 95 miles from me.

I'll call a few nurseries here and see if I can get a few bushes. There might well be wild ones here, but I'd hate to make a mistake in an ID.

Actually the might not care at all.....if you pay what's the difference? plus selective culling of the flowers can make for larger fruits.
They also may have nursery stock...
Also Elderberries are native to your area....just go for a country ride....

If I remember correctly it takes a couple years to establish a plant.

Lastly and probably the cheapest route...
