ELG flintlock

Hey going through some family antiques and came across this unit. I see a marking of 33. I can’t find any markings in the barrel itself. There is a stam I can’t seem to make out. Any help would be appreciated for history in this unit.

It's not a flintlock but rather a percussion (box lock) gun. The ELG stamp is a Belgian proof mark and welcome to the forum.
