Hey All,

I'm looking for an English or American fowling piece from the third quarter of the 18th Century. The barrel needs to be at least 40" long but the longer the better, .62-.80. The mountings can be iron or brass.

I keep hearing Kibler is coming out with one, but I'd like to get something in hand for the upcoming hunting season.

Thanks!

Would you be interested in this? 40" barrel. I would think with that style trigger guard it dates to later in the 1700s or very early 1800s. Maybe a little late for you. Interesting take-down barrel roughly .80 caliber. Sorry, I forgot to add my name and date. If you are interested I will get a photo of it with that addition tomorrow

Don't know if I would call this a fowler or not. Made from Jim Kibler parts, except for the barrel components. Barrel is.72cal with modified jug choke, 38" long. PM me if you are interested.
