finally ordered my first bp rifle

Sanding the stock, browning the barrel, changing the lock and trigger probably will too. :wink:

well the rifle arrived during lunch hour today, everything is great but the wedges will not slide in.

i loosened up the tang and the wedges slid right in so i guess that problem is fixed lol. i got some brake cleaner to clean the gunk out of the barrel and the lock but i do not know how to take the lock out? typical newby huh lol.

never mind i figured the lock out. so far i have all the preservative junk cleaned out of the barrel and lock and i believe it is ready to fire. now i am just waiting on the accesories from midsouth and i will be ready to shoot. thanks everybody
