Not very fancy but I like it. Cut a small cross of Lorraine in my bag flap also.

I thought it looked pretty good untill I seen my buddy's horn. It has a very dramatic double curve and the scrimshaw he does looks great. Very fine lines and shading.

Don't worry about your friend's. I'm sure it's nice. I once caught a nice walleye, was telling a friend about the catch and saw a larger one on his wall. I started back-peddling, all self-conscious like, and he stopped me and said 'I want to hear about your trophy!' After that, I no longer have my largest critters mounted, just the ones with memories worth telling over a pipe and an ale!
Morale: it's your horn, a very fine horn, and something to be proud of! (Besides you should see the very plain old horns I've built ... but they hold powder!)
