Finishing nails for barrel pins

My .48 caliber rifle I ended up using the smallest nickle welding rod for a couple of barrel pins as the size was perfect for the hole in the stock and through the under barrel lug. All of my ramrod tips have all been pinned in place with tiny finishing nails. They work perfect for that also...
