After much tinkering with loads and sight alignment, the 100 yd run came to look like such. Not too bad for 60 y/o eyes and shaky hands ...

.490" Hornady ball, 0.020" patch, 85gr FFFg, 100 yards off-hand.

Thank you. In hindsight there are several things I would do in a different order, and some I'd do a completely different way. But all in all, I am very pleased with this rifles look and performance.
 
Very impressive. I'm assuming no problems with ignition either.
None whatsoever. In fact it’s quite fast, I’m told by those more experienced than I. I get about 20 shots or so without cleaning, before I get a pan flash from a fouled flash hole. Tested that too after correcting the internal issues with the barrel. Surprised that I had the issues I did with a Colerain barrel.
