Just an update,
I spent the week-end with the Uberti 51 Navy, used the Remington #10 caps and they fit perfect.
Never fell off (didn't have to pinch them) and did not experience a single misfire.
As long as I watched for cap fragments and picked them out there wasn't a single jam either.
I fired the Colt Army also, which locked up a bit after shots, but OK for its first outing. It's damn hard to beat the feel and balance of the little Navy. I think it's the favourite.
