Hello, all
Rebuilding an Uberti 1858 steel frame, have a sloppy cylinder stop. Ordered / received a new one, what is the fitting procedure? Actually, the old one was ASM, thinner, causing the slop. New one fits the notch in the frame and notch in the cylinder nicely, but won't allow the hammer to move freely so I think the legs on the stop need work, but don't know how to proceed. Black one is new.
Thanks--
Al
