It still only hits the bottom 1/2 of the Frizzen, and I try to maintain a 1/8" gap when half-cocked.
You can set the flint closer to the frizzen, this will raise the point of impact on the frizzen's face and give you a longer scrape down it's length...
If you do this, lower the cock to it's full foreward travel, this is to make sure that the flint doesn't bottom out on your priming pan, that will snap the edge right off of your rock...
