Just finished this knife yesterday and the sheath today. Rough forged the blade out of an old saw mill blade. Lots of filing and sanding to get it presentable. The blade is 7 1/4" long by 1 1/2" wide and approx. 1/8" thick. Overall length is approx. 14" long. The handle was made from an old shed. It is secured with a mild steel pin and epoxy. Poured pewter cross at the butt of the handle. Guard is made out of mild steel and the ferrule is made of of bronze with some file work. Knife has been moderately aged. Sheath is made out of vegetable tanned cowhide. Fringe is elk hide. Sheath has been lightly aged and distressed. Was going to list this knife on this forum however knives don't seem to be selling right now. However the first Rendezvous of the season starts April 7 and I will have a traders tent set up there. Hopefully the knife along with other knives, axes and hatchets will sell. Thanks for looking.

Howdy:
I agree with Rifleman1776 and FishDFly
Not a fan of half/blind/partial tang knives myself for starters, too unreliable. Though there a few folks who DO love them! I'm definitely NOT a fringe person either, sorry.
Nice lookin' knife though! Good work.

Thanks for the comments. I've actually have had several people handle the knife and everyone have said it is a comfortable knife. Just like back in the day you use what you have. Different strokes for different folks.

Two Feathers, I might be mistaken but isn't the neck/patch knife that you have listed to sell a partial tang? God Bless. Lev. 19:18
Yessssir, it sure is! :
I never said I didn't MAKE them. I just don't like them. As you said, use what you have. I don't let things go to waste. There ARE folks who wouldn't own anything less than a Blind tang knife.
