Found in antique shop

Found this in an antique shop. Full of shot. Anybody ever seen a horn like this. Made out of copper and soldered. No rivets. About 8” tall and a little over 2” at base.

Maybe I'm not seeing this right, but the handle seems to be made out of a relatively new style of copper tubing?
Maybe it's a liquid holder of some sort, oil Etc.

If the handle is made of copper tubing pinched shut and bent like that, it seems like it would be sort of weak at the bends. If that thing was full of lead I would think the handle would break off. Maybe it's not made that way though.

Don’t think it was originally made for a powder or ball horn. Handle seems plenty strong to handle both tho.
