You bet. It's a good way to use your zucchini. We usually have a surplus of it.

I can believe that. I offer it to folks all the time. I do like it for breakfast. Egg wash and seasoned flour. Usually have bacon with it. Maybe that's why..........

Due to the heat my garden was a disaster this year. Like I said earlier , "maybe next year".

Hard to believe we are all smiles cause it cooled down to 97 degrees. But hey, it's an improvement.

Just before I retired from a "fun" career at a local prison some desk jockey up in a air conditioned office decided it was just too cruel to make inmates go out and work if it were over 90 degrees.

Things are just getting going up here in the northeast. It’ll be awhile yet before there are any ripe tomatoes.
This long bed has lettuce, broccoli, brussel sprouts and some kale at the end.

That looks pertty darn good especially that Kale.

Made and canned another 17 quarts of sauce yesterday, that brings me to 65 quarts. Probably enough for this year.
