Holy moley! $85 bucks for a pound of powder! Modern ammo seems to be coming back down a bit, so things will no doubt ease up in the coming months.Just saw a pound of Goex 3F sell on GunBroker for $50 plus $35 shipping.
It was actually $53. That is insane to pay that. It is going to be a while before and maybe if sanity returns.Holy moley! $85 bucks for a pound of powder! Modern ammo seems to be coming back down a bit, so things will no doubt ease up in the coming months.
They will beI dont know what their plans are but I hope they produce the Olde Eynsford again. Really good powder.
Thanks for the info, Mr. Kulling. We plan to produce Olde Eynsford again, but will make regular Goex powder first because of all the pent up demand.
My first pound of 3f Goex cost $3.95 about 30 years ago.Welcome to the free market. As long as someone out there is willing to pay the price someone will sell it for that.
Just think, about 14 years ago I bought GOEX bulk for $7.00/lb. I should've cashed in my 401K and bought a truck load.

Yes indeed, thank you Sir for the updates straight from the source. I shoot both BP rifles/pistols and Estes rockets, so I’ve been particularly interested in info concerning Estes with this new venture. Thanks for the info, Mr. Kulling.
For new folks, Mr. Karl Kulling is the head of Estes, the new owners of Goex.
So, his word is gold!
