Hey All!!!

I cant even begin to express how much everyones input here means to a beginner!!! I've owned my ML for years but am now just starting to use it often. I'm a Marine Corps Combat Veteran and live in Central Wisconsin. I used to be stationed in San Diego and actually lived only a few miles from Claude!!! I had a place within a stones throw of Torrey Pines State Beach. In between tours I would spend every Sunday Morning surfing in Claude's front yard...Cardiff Reef!!! I'm so fond of the place I even named my Golden Retriever "Reef"(Short for "Cardiff Reef") Anyway...great to be a part of your group and thanks again for all of the info!!!!!!

Welcome aboard Jase!

This is one of the most educational places I've ever found too. I had been shooting muzzleloaders for decades before I came here, but I learned more here than I had in all those years before. Great folks.

Jase, a warm welcome to you! Thanks for your service to all of us. Where in central Wisconsin? I'm in the boonies between Mazomanie and Sauk City. There's a few of us registered on this site, tho not as many as some States. Emery

I was stationed in **** from June 2000-Aug 2004. You are correct...I was in Del Mar(south side of the hill :) on Via Esperia off of Carmel Valley Rd. Boy do I miss that place! Good to be home fly fishing and such tho. Yeah...I'm a youngster...gonna turn the odometer over to 30 in Jan!

Thanks!!! I live on Lake DuBay between Stevens Point and Mosinee. Just finishing up my degree in Land Use @ Point.

Ah, you lived in the area locals call "Del Mar Terrace". Beautiful spot. I lived there for a short time in '72.
